Epaton Nutanix Support Service (ENSuS)

The Support Service will consist of the following deliverables:

Quarterly Health Check

Check the configuration of Clusters to best practice standards including Logical and Virtual Networking, DNS, NTP, SMTP (Email Alerting), AD Authentication (if required), Data at rest Encryption, Container Settings (Compression / Dedupe / Erasure Coding), Check Pulse (Dial-home), Nutanix Cluster Check for any issues and remediate

Optimisation check

Check historical statistics for performance issues and if Nutanix Prism Pro or NCM Starter are licensed we will check the VM Right Sizing, Anomaly Detection, Cluster Capacity Planning and Runway

Assisted Upgrades

Using Nutanix Lifecycle Manager (LCM) to upgrade to latest available software / firmware levels

Knowledge Transfer

Knowledge Transfer of any new features and capabilities

Hand back

Hand back with any changed project documentation

SUPPORT SERVICE SCOPE

Epaton will engage with the customer team quarterly to ensure the implementation and initial design continue to adhere to best practice throughout the year.
